Highland Partnership, Inc. was selected by the California State University Trustees to design and construct this turnkey construction classroom / office building with basement level parking for San Diego State University. 

The project includes design and construction of the Gateway Addition, a four-story classroom and office building totaling approximately 74,000 square feet, replacement parking, all site development, site utilities, sidewalks, ramps, curbs, roadways, parking lots, lighting, and landscaping within the project boundaries.
