After working together for 12 years, we established Highland Partnership, Inc. in 1993, immediately after successfully completing another landmark, high rise project in downtown San Diego. Having spent our early careers together with a large national construction company we wanted to create a locally owned and operated construction firm that understands and responds to client and community needs. The “partnership” in our company name signifies our strong commitment to provide the best support to our clients.
As a closely held company, we make decisions promptly and locally rather than having to go through layers of remote upper management. We approach each project in partnership with our clients and work hard to help build the most cost effective and sustainable buildings in the shortest amount of time.
Our hands on approach to project planning, design and construction with principal involvement in every project provides a great benefit to our clients. We have earned an excellent reputation for being a proactive and creative partner on many landmark projects.
There is no substitute for experience, and we have built the core of the Highland Team from experienced professionals we have worked with for over 30 years constructing complex facilities throughout Southern California.
